Company Fun Days
great corporate entertainment day out for you and your staff. Your group is split into 'hunters' and 'runners'. The hunters have to track down and capture the runners. The different roles within the hunters group are HQ, Land Rover QRF (Quick Reaction Force) and scouts. Each team member takes a turn in each of the sections which means there will be plenty of interest for everyone throughout this exciting event. The runners need to evade the hunter force so that they can carry out their secret assignments and team challenges, in order to piece together the answers to the winning formula. Roles are reversed in the afternoon so that everybody gets a taste of life on both sides. |

Team Building Days
Teams are widely accepted to be the basic building block of the modern organisation; yet building effective teams is a real challenge. Team building should be a continuous process. However, in reality, team members are often so busy with their individual tasks and responsibilities that the needs of the team often take a back seat. Opportunities for developing teams are intermittent and often occur when there is change, a merger or restructuring; at the start or end of a project; or perhaps when there is conflict, a missed deadline or other team difficulty. |
